Quick Mix -- Equivalent to Bisquick

5 c white flour
3 ½ c whole wheat flour
1 t baking soda
1 T baking powder
1 ½ c instant nonfat dry milk
1 T salt
2 t cream of tartar

In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients. Blend well. Put in a large airtight container. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10 to 12 weeks. Makes about 13 cups of QUICK MIX.
