Here is my family’s favorite cornbread. It’s moist and isn’t crumbly.
Dot’s Cornbread
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
6 TBS sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt (or sour cream)
1 C. applesauce (sweetened with cinnamon is YUMMY)
Greased 9x13
Bake @400 for 20-23 minutes
